Minimum Order Value of €20
We want to prevent unnecessary waste of packaging materials and small, separate shipments. By implementing a minimum order value, we contribute to a more sustainable world and reduce the ecological impact of shipments.
If you find the minimum order value of €20 too high, you can perhaps place an order together with a family member or friend.

Shipping and Delivery
• We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
• We ship with PostNL, meaning delivery usually takes place within 1 business day. Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday.
• The shipping cost is €4.25 per package (including Track & Trace). Orders over €30 are shipped for free!
Returns
We hope you're happy with your order! However, if you would like to return something, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Important to know:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If a product is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the return.
